Data collected for the purpose of providing services is retained until 1 month after you return from any tour. After this time, all personal data provided including passport information, health and allergy information is destroyed.
Where consent has been given in booking contracts for the use of personal data for marketing purposes, this data will be retained indefinitely or until you withdraw your consent.
