Here's a typical 6-8 day itinerary, from £1099

Day 1: Arrival

Arrival in Seoul, transfer to accommodation.

Day 2: Seoul

Gyeongbokgung Palace: visit this impressive palace from the Joseon Dynasty and learn about Korean history
Bukchon Hanok Village:  wander through this neighbourhood of traditional hanoks, or Korean homes
Alive Museum and Dynamic Maze: enjoy photo opportunities galore as you navigate the challenges with your friends
N Seoul Tower: enjoy a night-time view over the city

Day 3: Robots and technology

Robot and AI Museum: Seoul's newest museum, built by robots, offers an insight into the world of robots and artificial intelligence
Robot building workshop: an opportunity to create and program robots
Han River Cruise: see Seoul from a different angle
Myeong-dong: explore Seoul's famous shopping and street food district
Korean BBQ: enjoy a classic Korean BBQ, where you cook the food yourself on a grill in the centre of the table

Day 4: Study in Korea

Seoul National University or Korea University: an opportunity to find out about the latest computing and robotics research, such as the healthcare robotics lab at SNU
Seoul Smart City: see predictions of life in 30 years with integration of technology into urban planning and government functions
Zzang Arcade: play four floors' worth of arcade games
Hongdae: enjoy a stroll through this buzzing neighbourhood full of music, shopping and street performances

Day 5: Busan

Travel to Suwon
Samsung Innovation Centre: find out about achievements the company has made and their future development ideas and plans
Travel to Pohang
Robo-life Museum: "meet robots that are already part of our daily lives, knowingly and unknowingly"
Travel to Busan
Yacht Tour: see the sun set over the sights of Korea's second largest city from a comfortable yacht

Day 6: Temples and Science

Seokbulsa Temple: see the rock carved Buddha reliefs in this temple high on a mountain outside Busan via  a panoramic cable car ride
Busan National Science Museum: hands-on learning themed around space exploration and energy
Skyline Luge: enjoy a very practical application of gravity
Haeundae Beach: arguably Busan's best beach, relax and enjoy the traditional streetfood snack of eomuk (fishcakes)
Gwangali Marvelous Drone Light Show: if we visit Busan on a Saturday, enjoy a choreographed dance of drones formation flying to spell out messages against the night sky

Day 7: Lotte World

Return to Seoul by high speed bullet train
Lotte World Amusement Park: enjoy the attractions of this indoor and outdoor theme park
COEX Mall: explore the world's largest underground shopping centre in Gangnam which also boasts a VR centre, an aquarium and library
Karaoke: what better way to finish the trip than enjoying the Korean pasttime of noraebang? 

Day 8: Return

Transfer to airport, return flight to home country.

Extra activities can be added on travel days depending on flight timings. An extra day can also be added to visit the DMZ to see into the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and learn about the Korean War.

We make sure teachers supporting your trip are comfortable with local SIM cards or other means of staying connected provided, plus extra refreshments throughout each day of the trip. Our trip leader will also brief the teachers each day with full information about the plans, such locations, activities and supervision needed.
